Jenny Black is the founder of Media Trauma Care. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Tennessee and runs a private practice in Franklin. She specializes in training and education about how mental health is impacted by our use of media. Her true work is to experience life as directly as possible and write and teach about what she learns. She married her high school sweet heart 25 years ago and they are enjoying their first few months of being empty-nesters. She is the author of two books: Unwritten Travels (a self-guided discovery journal) and Inner Technology: How to be Human in a Digital World.
